Bradford Bypass
The proposed Bradford Bypass is a new 16.2km controlled access freeway. The proposed highway will extend from Highway 400 between 8th Line and 9th Line in Bradford West Gwillimbury, will cross a small portion of King Township and will connect to Highway 404 between Queensville Sideroad and Holborn Road in East Gwillimbury.

West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Redevelopment Project
West Lincoln Memorial Hospital (WLMH) has been caring for West Niagara residents for over 70 years. As a community hospital, WLMH provides both inpatient services and outpatient services, including emergency services, complex and palliative care, surgery and a maternal and newborn program. As a site of Hamilton Health Sciences, WLMH also serves as a point of access to one of the largest health systems in Canada for patients requiring more specialized care.

Colman Dock Redevelopment Project
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and Washington State Ferries (WSF) are proposing to upgrade Colman Dock. Colman Dock is located on Alaskan Way in downtown Seattle. The dock provides ferry services for the WSF fleet serving Seattle, Bremerton, and Bainbridge Island. The facility also provides passenger ferry services for King County’s ferry routes to Vashon and West Seattle.
King Street Station Renovation
King Street Station is one of the largest railway stations in the state of Washington. The station's renovation began in 2008 when the City of Seattle purchased the station and carried out improvements focused on public safety and prolonging the life of the building by strengthening the building walls and the clock tower. The project also aimed to improve the customer experience at the station and to restore the historical features of the station, while creating a modernized train station.
LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse
WT is providing cost management services for the Midfield Satellite Concourse (“MSC”) South project at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). MSC South is an eight gate, two level, 150,000 SF terminal facility connected directly to the MSC North project, currently under construction.
Confederation GO
WTP are currently engaged as Cost Consultant for the construction of a new-build GO Transit station in Hamilton, ON. The planned development will include a new station building with amenities to make ease GO customers’ commute, including large indoor waiting areas, retail services, expanded washrooms and an outdoor waiting plaza, as well as a connected ancillary building to house all equipment associated with facility services.
Davenport Diamond, ON (CAN)
The rail grade separation of the Davenport Diamond aims to reduce rail traffic, improve accessibility, and cut down delays. WT Partnership has been employed to provide Cost Consulting services on behalf of Infrastructure Ontario.

Edmonton Valley Line LRT – Stage One, AB (CAN)
The City of Edmonton has contracted with TransEd Partners (comprised of Bechtel, EllisDon, Bombardier, and Fengate) for the Design, Construction, Financing, Operation, and Maintenance of Stage 1 of the Edmonton Valley Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project in Edmonton, Alberta.
Highway 17 Widening
The widening of Highway 17 aims to reduce traffic, improve accessibility, and cut down delays. WT Partnership has been employed to provide Cost Consulting services on behalf of WSP Canada Group Limited.

Melbourne Metro Tunnel P3
The Tunnel and Stations P3 includes designing and building twin 9km (5.6 miles) rail tunnels from South Kensington to South Yarra as part of a new Sunshine – Dandenong Line, five underground stations, financing, operation and maintenance.
Mernda Rail Extension
The Mernda Rail Extension Project involved the development of a new 8km-long dual rail line to link the existing South Morang Line with Mernda in Melbourne, Australia. The project also included construction of three new stations at Mernda, Marymede and Hawkstowe.
Sydney Metro Northwest
The Sydney Metro Northwest project will be the first fully-automated metro rail system in Australia and will deliver eight new railway stations, 4,000 commuter car parks and a new high frequency single deck train system to Sydney's growing North West - a region with the highest car ownership levels per household in Australia.

Rouge Hill GO Station Improvements, ON (CAN)
The Rouge hill GO Station improvements project will facilitate GO services and modernize the Port of Union Waterfront Trail. The Project and its improvements will also accommodate new service planned for the Lakeshore East line. This will half the existing 30-minute go to an electrified 15-minute service.

Brampton Transit Bus Garage
The City plans to expand the fleet from 438 to 513 buses by 2022, and as a result, additional garage infrastructure will be required. Brampton Transit has identified a parcel of land at Highway 50 and Cadetta Road that is suitable for a new facility.

Ontario Line Estimate Review
The Ontario Line Subway is a new rapid transit system that connects the Ontario Science Centre to Exhibition. The Ontario Line Subway is approximately 16 km in length with 15 stations. Over half of the route is in a tunnel and served by 8 underground stations.

Port of Seattle – Main Terminal Improvements Program
The SEA Gateway Project will reconfigure the 40-year-old terminal north end ticketing area, expand the security checkpoint and create an updated, light-filled, open space facilitating new technology and building standards to help passengers move quickly and easily through the terminal. The project is being undertaken by the Port of Seattle in partnership with Alaska Airlines to bring a modern, fresh look to the front door of the airport and optimize the experience for travelers from check-in to ticketing, security screening to baggage claim.

Port of Seattle – Utility Master Plan (UMP)
WT is actively providing cost estimating support services on projects under the direction of Capital Development at the Port of Seattle. Based on-site at the SeaTac International Airport, WT continues to provide a full suite of project cost, controls and procurement management on the airport's airside, landside, terminal and utility development program. This includes a comprehensive review of all airport mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems under the Utility Master Plan.

Port of Seattle – South Concourse Evolution
To meet the growing demand for international travel, the Port of Seattle is renovating the S Concourse into a modern and improved doorway for the Pacific Northwest and advancing the region as a leading tourism and business gateway.

Port of Seattle – Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP)
The Central Puget Sound region is expected to grow by another one million people by 2035. The Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) is the blueprint for changes at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to meet future demand. In addition to considering forecasted passenger and cargo demand, the master plan takes stock of current facilities, infrastructure, and operations—looking at scenarios five, 10 and 20 years in the future. It includes air quality, energy and water conservation, recycling and other strategic environmental goals, and will align with the Port’s sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Port of Seattle – Westside Maintenance Campus
Relocation of the Port’s Aviation Maintenance Facility (AMF) from its current location in the North Cargo area is required to clear the site for construction of the A08 Hardstand (north) project. The AMF will be located on the west side of the airport in the West-side Maintenance Campus and situated on a set of tiered platforms moving down the hill side.

Port of Seattle – C1 Building Expansion
As part of SeaTac International Airport's Concourse C development, the Port of Seattle is developing a dynamic, performative and sustainable expansion to its C1 building. The last decade has seen rapid passenger growth, which the 110,000-square-foot expansion extension is designed to accommodate and is complimented by an amazing destination retail experience, whose rich array of local shopping and eateries will attract and retain passengers.

Bayers Lake Outpatient
Bayers Lake Outpatient Center project consists of the construction of a new outpatient facility and associated site works located on a 15-acre greenfield site in the Bayers Lake Business Park in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The 126,000 SF facility will include 17 examination rooms, 24 dialysis stations, diagnostic imaging, and post-surgery follow-up appointments. WT provided a full suite of pre-bid due diligence services to one of the unsuccessful proponents. WT is jointly appointed by the Government of Nova Scotia and EllisDon and is currently providing Independent Certification Services for the project including monthly reporting and facilitating key project milestones.

New St. Paul’s Hospital
St. Paul's Hospital project consists of the construction of a 1.7 million SF of full-service, acute-care hospital space including capacity for up to 548 beds, which includes 115 net new beds. The site in Downtown Vancouver will be the home of several leading provincial programs and referral centers, including for heart and lung care, renal, eating disorders and specialty surgeries and transplants. WT provided a full suite of pre-bid due diligence services to one of the unsuccessful proponents. WT was then jointly appointed by Infrastructure BC and PCL and is currently providing Independent Certification Services for the project. This includes providing monthly progress reporting, facilitating the close out of key project milestones, on site due diligence, and claims resolution.
OPP Modernization Phase 2
Infrastructure Ontario is diligently working to ameliorate Ontario's community safety through updated policing operations by streamlining Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) facilities across the great Canadian province. Each of the facilities are targeting a minimum LEED Silver standard.
Toronto Courthouse Project

Winnipeg Southwest Rapid Transitway (Stage 2) & Pembina Highway Underpass Project
The 7.6km transit expansion to the Winnipeg Southwest Transitway will link the existing line to the University of Manitoba and IGF Field.

Penticton Patient Care Tower Project
The addition of the patient care tower will include approximately 26,700 square meters of new health care facilities and will significantly improve access to services, and improve patient care through the consolidation of programs currently distributed throughout the hospital.

CAMH Phase 1 C Redevelopment Project
The Project will result in the construction of approximately 655,000 square feet of new build space, which will include: 235 in-patient beds; ambulatory programs; the relocation of the emergency department to the Queen Street site; research and educational facilities; information and resource facilities; and site improvements, including parks and green space improvements.

Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Long Term Care Project
In April 2019, the provincial government of Newfoundland and Labrador selected NL Healthcare Partners to design, build, finance and maintain the Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Care Homes project in a public-private partnership.

Corner Brook Acute Care Hostpital
The development of a new 164-bed facility at the current site of Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, encompasses an anticipated scale of approximately 600,000 SF.

Cotellucci Vaughan Hospital
The new hospital in Vaughan will be outfitted with an emergency department, new modern surgical services and operating rooms, access to acute inpatient and intensive care beds and technologically advanced diagnostic imaging.

MBTA Automated Fare System, MA (USA)
The vision for the new Grandview Kids is to support the seamless and coordinated provision of family-centered care for children and youth with physical, communication and developmental needs and their families in the Durham Region. It will be an open, welcoming and inclusive community based pediatric facility supporting an integrated mix of rehabilitation, medical and clinical services, as well as education and research activities.
