A senior member of WT’s leadership team, Toby brings over two decades of experience across Asia, Australia, and now the Middle East.
Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Toby leads the IMEKSA (India, Middle East and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) region, supporting major clients and projects across diverse markets.
Since joining WT in 2001, Toby has developed deep expertise in data centres, commercial and mixed-use developments, and industrial and logistics infrastructure. He spent 14 years with WT in Asia, where he was a member of the Executive Committee, before returning to Australia in 2019 to serve as National Director.
Toby is known for his strategic thinking and business development acumen, having driven a number of growth initiatives, including leadership of WT’s India operations and oversight of the International Client Engagement (ICE) team. The ICE team is dedicated to supporting clients with cross-border projects, ensuring a seamless WT experience regardless of geography.
Passionate about client success and international collaboration, Toby continues to play a key role in shaping WT’s global strategy and expanding its presence across emerging and high-growth markets.
