Gary is an experienced cost management professional with over 30 years of expertise in the successful delivery of large-scale commercial, sports, and entertainment infrastructure.

He joined WT in 1996 and was appointed State Director in Australia in 2020. In 2025, he relocated to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to lead WT’s major sports and entertainment projects across the region.

Gary’s international career began in the United Kingdom, where he worked on major commercial developments. A recognised leader in sports and venues, Gary has provided strategic cost advice on some of Australia’s most significant sports infrastructure. This includes acting as cost advisor to Infrastructure NSW on the AU$1.6 billion stadium redevelopment program, encompassing the new Sydney Football Stadium and proposed upgrades to Stadium Australia.

His project portfolio also spans complex urban regeneration, such as the Barangaroo precinct in Sydney, and the development of 60 Martin Place – a landmark commercial tower. Known for his collaborative style and deep technical knowledge, Gary brings a practical, outcome-driven approach informed by his early career in construction and his passion for high-performance environments.

A former representative Rugby Union player in the UK, Gary combines his love of sport with a commitment to excellence in stadium and entertainment venue delivery. Now based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he is focused on supporting visionary giga-projects and helping shape the next generation of world-class destinations.
