The Project consists of a Fitout of a Spa & Leisure facility within Matal Complex in Al Khobar, KSA.

The design intends to provide guests with a unique experience with various sections in the facility including The Wet room with private Hammams, the Salon for hair, nails and makeup, The Treatment rooms including special VIP rooms, and The Courtyard to relax and enjoy a beverage at the bar.

WT Middle East were appointed by Foresite in 2022 to provide Pre-contract Cost Planning and Quantity Surveying Services.
