Royal Grammar School in Guildford

The project consists of a purpose-built school catering for children from nursery to final years in the Tilal Al Ghaf community in Dubai.

The school built over a plot size of 40,000m2, consists of a G+3 Main Building, Main sports facility Building, and a Facility Management building. These buildings cover 30% of the plot having 27,000m2 of GFA which feature classrooms and administration facilities, swimming pool, auditorium, indoor gym and basketball courts, outdoor sporting fields and an expansive internal atrium space. The school has a capacity of 2,100 students. This is the first BREEAM certified school in the region of the Middle East.
