A $300 million mini-city made up of two student accommodation buildings with approx. 1,000 new student beds and a third building housing 38 short stay apartments and 60 hotel rooms. The buildings sit over a mixed-use precinct of retail, commercial and recreational spaces with a combined Gross Floor Area of 57,400m2.

The project has been procured under a PPP model which is inclusive of Private Funding, Management of the completed facilities and Facilities Management over an extended period.
