The Project consists of the refurbishment of an existing sales centre in Al Mas Tower in JLT into a vibrant new Lounge.

The design intends to create an experience driven coffee and tea lounge with a unique inviting setting, that weaves in the underlying narrative to showcase the journey from farm to cup. This includes a Deli, Coffee tasting area all surrounded by plants with a feature tree in the centre.

WT Middle East were appointed by DMCC in 2021 to provide pre-contract Cost Planning and post-Contract Quantity Surveying Services.
