WT was engaged as the LTA on this joint procurement between the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation and the City of Honolulu on the design and construction of the 4-mile and eight station City Center Segment, the Pearl Highlands Parking Structure, and Transit Center and Ramp. The project provided high-capacity rapid transit service in the travel corridor between East Kapolei and Ala Moana Center.
WT provided Lender’s Technical Advisory services to a shortlisted proponent which comprised of a comprehensive review of the consortium’s design, construction, and operational solutions for the Project. The project was ultimately cancelled prior to award.
