WT Partnership was engaged to provide cost planning services during the Design Competition stage and acted as the Independent Certifier during the construction phase providing quarterly progress statements and determination of Practical Completion for Mirvac’s 8 Chifley Square development.
WT Partnership provided cost planning from concept through to tender documentation phase, whole of life costing, cost reporting and monitoring of design development, assist in tender evaluation process, valuation of construction progress claims, verification of contract variations.
The Sydney Adventist Hospital is the largest single campus private hospital in NSW with an expected 60% increase in the demand for services between 2011 and 2026. The Stage 1 Master Plan Project allows for the expansion of an existing Clinical Services Building to provide a new 11 storey acute care facility.
The project comprised of the construction of a new six storey (approx 7,500 m2) mental health, drug and alcohol, and community health facility for 27 inpatient mental health beds, 20 bed detoxification units and 4 levels of basement car parking for 228 cars.
