Victoria One, which, at the time of construction, will be the second tallest residential building in Melbourne, comprises 629 one, two and three bedroom apartments over 69 levels, ground floor retail and car parking to the basement and podium levels 2 to 8.
Located on the site of the old Savoy Theatre on the corner of Spencer and Bourke Street, the 255 m tall, 78 level, Premier apartment / hotel tower comprises retail tenancies on Ground Level, 160 hotel rooms on levels 1 to 5, and 780 apartments on Levels 6-77, along with ancillary / health / pool facilities.
Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank precinct the 254 m high, 74 storey irregular shaped Prima Pearl was unique in that the building was handed over to residents in stages, with 300 apartments handed over to their new owners in June 2014, almost a full year ahead of final project completion.
