WT Partnership acted as Independent Certifier for joint venture developers APN and Grocon for their 12-level development at 150 Collins Street.
WT Partnership were engaged by National Australia Bank (NAB) at Stage 1 (due diligence through to business case) and then into detailed design, tender and construction of their $303 million Docklands Campus 2 development at 700 Bourke Street.
WT Partnership has been working with AMP Capital on their redevelopment plans for the Circular Quay Precinct.
Energex is the sole tenant in this new building which has a 6 Star Green Star rating. The 27,000 m2 campus environment has large floor plates with a central lift core and three full height atrium spaces within the central spine of the building linked by a series of inter-tenancy staircases.
