Working closely with the Project Manager to meet all deadlines, our services commenced with initial budget advice and cost planning throughout the design stage leading into post contract services during the construction stage. Following completion, WT Partnership provided an Asset Register (in specific ATO format) and a Tax Depreciation Schedule. In addition, WT Partnership reviewed and assisted in the negotiation of base building variations. Tender reviews were carried out on not only head contract tenders but also workstations, storage, furniture and relocations.

ATO are the only commercial tenant, with 10,000m2 in this new 10 storey building. The fitout includes meeting rooms, training rooms, breakout spaces on every level and a contact centre.
