WT Partnership was engaged by Fortius Funds Management in 2006 to assist with full quantity surveying for the redevelopment of their 420 George Street site.

Located between George Street and the Pitt Street Mall and adjoining Sydney Central Plaza, the project site is part of the prime retail precinct forming the Pitt Street Mall.

The project included demotion of the existing Mid City Shopping Centre and a small five floor commercial office building to make way for construction of a new 36-level tower comprising 28 levels of commercial office space, four retail levels, two basement car park levels and two plant levels. The project also included a new commercial level with a five storey atrium and four level retail podium.
